The location is very easy to reach from train station and the room is sapcious compare to other intercity hotel in Germany The billing system need to be changed or the staff need to be trained, as the staff can't put 2 rooms charge into one bill which is not the normal. |

Location and clean tidy modern looking room The lighting in the room was not sufficient. In the evenings, it was a bit dark without a lamp on the ceiling. |

Flexible staff, when asking for some extras as well as for a room change : room had a door towards the room next door, which was not sound proof. A brief remark to the staff was enough to change room without any problem, settled in a minute. Hotel is really in the city centre, restaurants, pubs and major things within walking distance. Enough parking space in the hotel's garage. |

great central location and good value for money. The room was a fair size and all staff were bi-lingual and extremely helpful. The free 3 day travel pass was a huge bonus and saved us around 33 euros on transport costs. one tiny gripe, was there was no tea or coffee making facilities in room and hence was a total drag having to go down to restaurant all the time.Also could have been more of a selection in mini bar. |
